Booking Guidelines
- Long Appointments: Please call us directly if you require a long appointment.
- Nurse Appointments: For appointments that require a Nurse such as dressings, removal of sutures, immunisations, procedures and medicals, you will need to contact the practice on 07 4243 3534 to make the booking.
- Scripts & Referrals: Please make sure requests for scripts, referrals, etc., are asked for in advance.
COVID-19 Alert
If you have any respiratory symptoms such as a sore throat, fever, headache, cough or shortness of breath, please do not attend the medical centre.
You may contact the practice on 07 4243 3534 and arrange a Telehealth appointment if you have previously seen one of our Doctors face to face within the past 12 months.
Cancellation Policy
A fee of $40 will be charged if you do not contact us to cancel at least 4 hours prior to your appointment. This allows us time to arrange an appointment for other patients. Thank you.
Public Holidays
Our Clinic will be Closed during All Public Holidays. Please contact Hello Home Doctor Service during that time if After Hours Care is needed. Ph: 134100.

Walk-ins welcome at this time.

We support doctors in training. You will be informed prior to your consultation and given the opportunity to refuse observation.
